These terms cover beta testing. The provider entity, jurisdiction, legal contact and contractual limits must be approved before public launch.
Account use
Users are responsible for data accuracy, protecting the account and inviting appropriate people. The family owner or administrator may manage roles and access.
Content and conduct
The app must not be used for harassment, unauthorized access, illegal content or infringement of others' rights. Access may be restricted to protect users and the service.
Safety
SOS, location and emergency contacts are coordination tools. They do not replace emergency services, medical advice or adult supervision. In a real emergency, contact local services. Medical features are disabled.
Subscriptions
The price, period, introductory offer and renewal terms shown by the store take precedence. Subscriptions are managed in Google Play or App Store. Deleting a NESTA account does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Availability and beta
Beta testing may include interruptions, changes or maintenance. Incomplete features are not emergency services or availability guarantees.
