- Before joining a family, use Permanently delete account on the Create or join a family screen. After setup, open More → Privacy and Security → My Data.
- Check whether you own the family. Transfer ownership before deletion.
- Export any data you want to keep.
- Enter the confirmation word shown by the app and confirm permanent deletion.
What is removed
Your account, profile and memberships are removed through the app flow. Shared content may be retained where other members need it, with the author anonymized, under the applicable policy.
Store subscription
Deleting a NESTA account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play or App Store before deletion.
If you cannot open the app
Use the support channel from another authenticated device. A verified external legal contact will also be published before commercial launch.
